सेवा की शर्तें

अनुच्छेद 1 (उद्देश्य)

ये नियम और शर्तें 티온 ("कंपनी") द्वारा प्रदान की गई QR उपस्थिति जांच सेवा ("सेवा") के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं।

अनुच्छेद 2 (परिभाषाएं)

  • "सेवा" "सेवा" का अर्थ कंपनी द्वारा प्रदान की गई QR कोड-आधारित उपस्थिति प्रबंधन प्रणाली है।
  • "उपयोगकर्ता" "उपयोगकर्ता" का अर्थ एक सदस्य है जो इन शर्तों से सहमत है और सेवा का उपयोग करता है।
  • "प्रशासक" "प्रशासक" का अर्थ एक सदस्य है जो संगठनों को पंजीकृत करता है, QR कोड बनाता है और उपस्थिति का प्रबंधन करता है।
  • "उपस्थित" "उपस्थित" का अर्थ एक व्यक्ति है जो QR कोड के माध्यम से उपस्थिति दर्ज करता है।

अनुच्छेद 3 (शर्तों का प्रभाव और संशोधन)

  1. These terms become effective when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users.
  2. The company may change these terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and changed terms will be announced through notices.
  3. If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw membership.

अनुच्छेद 4 (सदस्यता पंजीकरण)

  1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form and expressing agreement to these terms.
  2. The company may refuse approval for the following applications:
    • Using another person's name
    • Providing false information
    • Other cases where application requirements are not met

अनुच्छेद 5 (सदस्य जानकारी में परिवर्तन)

  1. Members can view and modify their personal information through the personal information management screen.
  2. नोट: सेवा की निरंतरता बनाए रखने के लिए ID और ईमेल नहीं बदले जा सकते।
  3. Members are responsible for promptly updating any changed information and bear responsibility for any issues arising from failure to update.

अनुच्छेद 6 (सदस्यता वापसी और हानि)

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the company will process the withdrawal immediately.
  2. वापसी पर, उसी ID और ईमेल के साथ 1 वर्ष तक पुन: पंजीकरण की अनुमति नहीं है।
  3. Upon withdrawal, all registered organizations, QR codes, and attendance records will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
  4. The company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:
    • Registering false information during sign-up
    • Interfering with others' service use or stealing information
    • Engaging in prohibited activities under law or these terms

अनुच्छेद 7 (सेवा प्रावधान और परिवर्तन)

  1. The company provides the following services to users:
    • QR code-based attendance check service
    • Organization and member management service
    • Attendance statistics and report service
  2. When changing service content, the company will announce the changed content and effective date.

अनुच्छेद 8 (सेवा में रुकावट)

  1. The company may temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities, or communication disruption.
  2. The company is not liable for damages to users or third parties due to temporary service suspension under paragraph 1, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

अनुच्छेद 9 (सशुल्क सेवाएं और धनवापसी नीति)

धनवापसी नीति सूचना

  • यदि सशुल्क सेवा का उपयोग किया गया है, तो धनवापसी उपलब्ध नहीं है।
  • आरक्षण-संबंधित उत्पादों के लिए, उसी दिन रद्द करना गैर-वापसी योग्य है।
  • Refundable amounts will have deductions for services already provided.

अनुच्छेद 10 (उपयोगकर्ता के दायित्व)

उपयोगकर्ताओं को निम्नलिखित गतिविधियों में शामिल नहीं होना चाहिए:

  • Registering false information during application or modification
  • Stealing others' information
  • Modifying information posted by the company
  • Infringing on the company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
  • Damaging the reputation of the company or third parties or interfering with business
  • Posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals
  • Other illegal or improper activities

अनुच्छेद 11 (कंपनी के दायित्व)

  1. The company will not engage in activities prohibited by law or these terms or contrary to public morals, and will do its best to provide continuous and stable service.
  2. The company must have security systems to protect users' personal information, and will publish and comply with a privacy policy.

अनुच्छेद 12 (अस्वीकरण)

  1. The company is exempt from liability when unable to provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunication service interruption.
  2. The company is not liable for service disruption caused by user's fault.
  3. The company is not liable for lost expected profits from service use or damages from data obtained through the service.

अनुच्छेद 13 (विवाद समाधान)

  1. The company will prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users.
  2. Lawsuits arising from disputes between the company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters.

ये सेवा की शर्तें 2 Jan 2026 से प्रभावी हैं।
