شروط الخدمة
المادة 1 (الغرض)
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدام خدمة تسجيل الحضور QR ("الخدمة") المقدمة من 티온 ("الشركة").
المادة 2 (التعريفات)
- "خدمة" "الخدمة" تشير إلى نظام إدارة الحضور القائم على رمز QR المقدم من الشركة.
- "المستخدم" "المستخدم" يشير إلى عضو يوافق على هذه الشروط ويستخدم الخدمة.
- "المسؤول" "المسؤول" يشير إلى عضو يسجل المنظمات وينشئ رموز QR ويدير الحضور.
- "الحاضر" "الحاضر" يشير إلى شخص يسجل حضوره من خلال رمز QR.
المادة 3 (سريان وتعديل الشروط)
- These terms become effective when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users.
- The company may change these terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and changed terms will be announced through notices.
- If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw membership.
المادة 4 (تسجيل العضوية)
- Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form and expressing agreement to these terms.
- The company may refuse approval for the following applications:
- Using another person's name
- Providing false information
- Other cases where application requirements are not met
المادة 5 (تغيير معلومات العضو)
- Members can view and modify their personal information through the personal information management screen.
- ملاحظة: لا يمكن تغيير المعرف والبريد الإلكتروني للحفاظ على اتساق الخدمة.
- Members are responsible for promptly updating any changed information and bear responsibility for any issues arising from failure to update.
المادة 6 (الانسحاب وفقدان العضوية)
- Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the company will process the withdrawal immediately.
- عند الانسحاب، لا يُسمح بإعادة التسجيل بنفس المعرف والبريد الإلكتروني لمدة عام.
- Upon withdrawal, all registered organizations, QR codes, and attendance records will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- The company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:
- Registering false information during sign-up
- Interfering with others' service use or stealing information
- Engaging in prohibited activities under law or these terms
المادة 7 (تقديم الخدمة وتغييراتها)
- The company provides the following services to users:
- QR code-based attendance check service
- Organization and member management service
- Attendance statistics and report service
- When changing service content, the company will announce the changed content and effective date.
المادة 8 (انقطاع الخدمة)
- The company may temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities, or communication disruption.
- The company is not liable for damages to users or third parties due to temporary service suspension under paragraph 1, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
المادة 9 (الخدمات المدفوعة وسياسة الاسترداد)
إشعار سياسة الاسترداد
- إذا تم استخدام الخدمة المدفوعة، فلا يتوفر استرداد الأموال.
- بالنسبة للمنتجات المتعلقة بالحجز، فإن إلغاء نفس اليوم غير قابل للاسترداد.
- Refundable amounts will have deductions for services already provided.
المادة 10 (التزامات المستخدم)
يجب على المستخدمين عدم الانخراط في الأنشطة التالية:
- Registering false information during application or modification
- Stealing others' information
- Modifying information posted by the company
- Infringing on the company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
- Damaging the reputation of the company or third parties or interfering with business
- Posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals
- Other illegal or improper activities
المادة 11 (التزامات الشركة)
- The company will not engage in activities prohibited by law or these terms or contrary to public morals, and will do its best to provide continuous and stable service.
- The company must have security systems to protect users' personal information, and will publish and comply with a privacy policy.
المادة 12 (إخلاء المسؤولية)
- The company is exempt from liability when unable to provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunication service interruption.
- The company is not liable for service disruption caused by user's fault.
- The company is not liable for lost expected profits from service use or damages from data obtained through the service.
المادة 13 (حل النزاعات)
- The company will prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users.
- Lawsuits arising from disputes between the company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters.
