Términos de Servicio
Artículo 1 (Propósito)
Estos términos rigen el uso del servicio de control de asistencia QR ("Servicio") proporcionado por 티온 ("Empresa"), incluyendo condiciones de uso, procedimientos, derechos, obligaciones y responsabilidades.
Artículo 2 (Definiciones)
- "Servicio" "Servicio" se refiere al sistema de gestión de asistencia basado en códigos QR proporcionado por la Empresa.
- "Usuario" "Usuario" se refiere a un miembro que acepta estos términos y usa el servicio.
- "Administrador" "Administrador" se refiere a un miembro que registra organizaciones, genera códigos QR y gestiona la asistencia.
- "Asistente" "Asistente" se refiere a una persona que registra asistencia a través de código QR.
Artículo 3 (Efecto y Modificación)
- These terms become effective when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users.
- The company may change these terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and changed terms will be announced through notices.
- If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw membership.
Artículo 4 (Registro de Membresía)
- Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form and expressing agreement to these terms.
- The company may refuse approval for the following applications:
- Using another person's name
- Providing false information
- Other cases where application requirements are not met
Artículo 5 (Cambios en la Información)
- Members can view and modify their personal information through the personal information management screen.
- Nota: El ID y el correo no pueden cambiarse para mantener la consistencia del servicio.
- Members are responsible for promptly updating any changed information and bear responsibility for any issues arising from failure to update.
Artículo 6 (Retiro y Pérdida de Membresía)
- Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the company will process the withdrawal immediately.
- Al retirarse, no se permite re-registrarse con el mismo ID y correo durante 1 año.
- Upon withdrawal, all registered organizations, QR codes, and attendance records will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- The company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:
- Registering false information during sign-up
- Interfering with others' service use or stealing information
- Engaging in prohibited activities under law or these terms
Artículo 7 (Provisión y Cambios del Servicio)
- The company provides the following services to users:
- QR code-based attendance check service
- Organization and member management service
- Attendance statistics and report service
- When changing service content, the company will announce the changed content and effective date.
Artículo 8 (Interrupción del Servicio)
- The company may temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities, or communication disruption.
- The company is not liable for damages to users or third parties due to temporary service suspension under paragraph 1, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
Artículo 9 (Servicios de Pago y Política de Reembolso)
Aviso de Política de Reembolso
- Si el servicio de pago ha sido utilizado, los reembolsos no están disponibles según la ley aplicable.
- Para productos relacionados con reservas, las cancelaciones del mismo día no son reembolsables.
- Refundable amounts will have deductions for services already provided.
Artículo 10 (Obligaciones del Usuario)
Los usuarios no deben participar en las siguientes actividades:
- Registering false information during application or modification
- Stealing others' information
- Modifying information posted by the company
- Infringing on the company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
- Damaging the reputation of the company or third parties or interfering with business
- Posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals
- Other illegal or improper activities
Artículo 11 (Obligaciones de la Empresa)
- The company will not engage in activities prohibited by law or these terms or contrary to public morals, and will do its best to provide continuous and stable service.
- The company must have security systems to protect users' personal information, and will publish and comply with a privacy policy.
Artículo 12 (Descargo de Responsabilidad)
- The company is exempt from liability when unable to provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunication service interruption.
- The company is not liable for service disruption caused by user's fault.
- The company is not liable for lost expected profits from service use or damages from data obtained through the service.
Artículo 13 (Resolución de Disputas)
- The company will prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users.
- Lawsuits arising from disputes between the company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters.
Estos Términos de Servicio son efectivos desde 2 Jan 2026.
