Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the use of the QR attendance check service ("Service") provided by 티온 ("Company"), including usage terms, procedures, rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" "Service" refers to the QR code-based attendance management system provided by the Company.
- "User" "User" refers to a member who agrees to these terms and uses the service.
- "Administrator" "Administrator" refers to a member who registers organizations, generates QR codes, and manages attendance.
- "Attendee" "Attendee" refers to a person who checks in attendance through QR code.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These terms become effective when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users.
- The company may change these terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and changed terms will be announced through notices.
- If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw membership.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form and expressing agreement to these terms.
- The company may refuse approval for the following applications:
- Using another person's name
- Providing false information
- Other cases where application requirements are not met
Article 5 (Changes to Member Information)
- Members can view and modify their personal information through the personal information management screen.
- Note: ID and email cannot be changed to maintain service consistency and prevent fraudulent use.
- Members are responsible for promptly updating any changed information and bear responsibility for any issues arising from failure to update.
Article 6 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
- Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the company will process the withdrawal immediately.
- Upon withdrawal, re-registration with the same ID and email is not allowed for 1 year from the withdrawal date.
- Upon withdrawal, all registered organizations, QR codes, and attendance records will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- The company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:
- Registering false information during sign-up
- Interfering with others' service use or stealing information
- Engaging in prohibited activities under law or these terms
Article 7 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The company provides the following services to users:
- QR code-based attendance check service
- Organization and member management service
- Attendance statistics and report service
- When changing service content, the company will announce the changed content and effective date.
Article 8 (Service Interruption)
- The company may temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities, or communication disruption.
- The company is not liable for damages to users or third parties due to temporary service suspension under paragraph 1, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Paid Services and Refund Policy)
Refund Policy Notice
- If the paid service has been used, refunds are not available based on Article 17 of the Information and Communications Network Act.
- For reservation-related products, same-day cancellations are non-refundable regardless of the reason.
- Refundable amounts will have deductions for services already provided.
Article 10 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Registering false information during application or modification
- Stealing others' information
- Modifying information posted by the company
- Infringing on the company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
- Damaging the reputation of the company or third parties or interfering with business
- Posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public morals
- Other illegal or improper activities
Article 11 (Company Obligations)
- The company will not engage in activities prohibited by law or these terms or contrary to public morals, and will do its best to provide continuous and stable service.
- The company must have security systems to protect users' personal information, and will publish and comply with a privacy policy.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- The company is exempt from liability when unable to provide service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunication service interruption.
- The company is not liable for service disruption caused by user's fault.
- The company is not liable for lost expected profits from service use or damages from data obtained through the service.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
- The company will prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users.
- Lawsuits arising from disputes between the company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters.
These Terms of Service are effective from Jan 2, 2026.
